Holiday Inn Express Madison by IHG

I had blocked some rooms for my daughters wedding, which was also a holiday weekend, and this whole process was very easy. The owner/operator, Alpha, made this whole process very easy which I appreciate. The room block was successful and all the staff was so friendly and accommodating as soon as we walked in the door. checking in we were greeted by Yasmine and Judy with a smile and Yasmine was a HUGE help in getting the rooms checked in. Rasha was a HUGE help when we finally checked in late at night after the wedding...she was a gem!! Ian, Linda and Eliza (who works for Holiday Inn Express BUT NOT THIS LOCATION) was so friendly and in this day in age is so rare so I appreciate it more than they know! I would def stay here again and Alpha, you have a great staff working for you!!!

Pros: Customer service was adequate and everyone was kind, but not necessarily super welcoming. However, when I had issues with ladybugs, they were very prompt and handled the issue. The room selected was beautiful and very large. It’s one of my favorite rooms I’ve stayed in which says a lot since I spent 80 nights traveling last year for work. The building was clean and well-maintained.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights for my daughter’s wedding. Customer service was amazing and we were greeted and departed with smiles. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. We had a long wedding day and were super tired last night and arrived back to our room all cleaned up and refreshed! Have stayed here before and never been disappointed but this time it was exceptional. Breakfast was good too!

Stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for a work trip and had a great experience. The room was very clean, smelled fresh, and was comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful from check-in to checkout. There were quite a few loud families and kids in the hallways, but that’s not really something the hotel can control. The free breakfast was better than expected—those veggie omelets really hit the spot. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant stay. If I’m ever back in the area for work, I’ll definitely be booking this location again. Thanks to the team for a great stay!

Park your tractor trailers loads of room. Circle around then back in out front. Circle K waffle house and flying j with chicken across the street. Rooms great people great. Absolutely two thumbs way up for truck drivers. Breakfast amazing and dang good coffee. Go get you some you'll thank me later.

Check in was excellent due to Rasha's sparkling personality!!! Two things I would suggest to the management about breakfast...1. Pancake machine and the ice/water/juice dispenser was out of order. I really wanted a glass of ice water but none was provided. Please at least put out an ice bucket and pitcher of water. 2. The breakfast employee was first sitting at a table then started cleaning tables and restocking the buffet all while talking on the speaker (loud) on her cell phone. Kind of unprofessional and a little annoying. But hotel was very good and would definately stay again.

The beds were so comfortable and pillows so incredible. Didn't want to get up. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast bar was everything you could want for breakfast with a large eating area. Really felt at home there.

Upon arrival, Sue was the desk clerk. She was so welcoming and helpful. The lobby is very clean. We had room 107 which contained a king & couch. It was clean & in excellent condition. The breakfast was one of the best of the Holiday Inns we stayed at. Highly recommend.
